- 4 cups ground roasted peanuts
- 1 cup powdered sugar (icing sugar)
- 1 cup peanut oil
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp shortening (or margarine)
- 1 egg yolk, beaten slightly for egg wash

- mix ground peanut, sugar, oil, shortening and flour together until well combined
- shape into small balls
- flatten it slightly
- Glaze with egg yolk
- bake at 180oC, 20 min or until golden brown
- Cool
